Refund Policy

At the end of the rental period, 100% rental security deposit will be returned to the customer on the conditions that the item has no stains, tears, signs of over stretching or any other type of damage, and the item is returned on time. In case of cancellation, refunds rates are:

96 to 48 hours before rental date: 50% Refund to Wallet

Less than 48 hours: No refund, as in most cases by this time your order will already have been processed.
