All transactions are to be completed through the We Rent Fashion platform via the payment method provided. We Rent Fashion will not assist in cases of fraudulent transactions completed outside this platform. All customers are liable to additional charges / deposit deductions in case of any damages or late returns.
Whilst we make every attempt to ensure delivery on time, We Rent Fashion cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by third party agents. You are responsible for inspecting the dress upon delivery and immediately reporting any damages or issues. Failure to do so can result in damage charges. You may opt to extend the rental period post delivery by making additional payment.
At the end of the rental period, 100% rental security deposit will be returned to the customer on the conditions that the item has no stains, tears, signs of over stretching or any other type of damage, and the item is returned on time. In case of any damages or late return, a reimbursement will be deducted from the rental security deposit. Should the amount due be greater than the security deposit, you will be charged the difference.
In case of cancellation, refunds rates are:
4 days (96 hours) before rental date: Free cancellation 100% Refund to Wallet
96 to 48 hours before rental date: 50% Refund to Wallet
Less than 48 hours: No refund, as in most cases by this time your order will already have been processed.
Garments must not be washed. If you damage an item in any way, do not attempt to repair it or remove a stain, etc. We have professionals who can fix most issues at minimum cost. It is strictly forbidden to make any kind of alteration whatsoever to any rental item. Should you make any kind of alteration to an item you will be expected to purchase it, and will be charged the current buy price, minus the rental fee already paid (excluding shipping).
